Turntable Needle Weighting...

Ello TA's, My bloody needles are stupid and won't stop jumping so I have looked all over the net for a site on how to weight your turntable needles, NOTHING... surely someone on here knows or there is an earlier post, help would be much appreiciated.

Scroll down on the right under ortofon, there's a guide to setting up turntables and it's all in there.
