wots the best way to promote your record label ?

Hello I was just wondering whether you guys are setting up any labels and would like to give any information about how to set up them up. I'm doing this for a project of mine.

I like to find out more about the techniques such as distribution, marketing, promotion etc on record labels and also the designing of the label itself
