Driver's License Test Trauma!

hehe, well after 4 times I finally did it. I'm aware that the difficulty of the practical tests differs in each country but I'm still curious how many times u needed to finally get that shit In Austria tests are pretty hard, and, depending on your tester, average chances to pass are about 40:60. Then again most of my friends somehow passed it the first time...nywayz, lets see whats up with you

3 times

1st time: stupid mistakes

2nd: That one time really pissed me off... I apparently went the wrong way in a one-way street, RIGHT! like I'm that blind... and the b!tch who evaluated me never warned me about it so fuckin BS. She bullshitted me about not concentrating enough on the signs on the side of the road and blahblahbla... She probably had to reach her quota or was in her SPM..
I truly hate them since then..

Almost failed though because of a red light I had not seen (the instructor yelled at me and I stopped before it was too late )

i passed right away with a perfect score. hrhr

i just made one big mistake, but my tester told me that I drive so good that he will oversee this

and trancegiant - i don't think getting a licence isn't that hard!
but i guess it's just luck if you pass it or not!
the worst time you can drive is in the afternoon in the summer - so many fucking bikers around

Yeah it was warm and sunny outside the day I took my first test so I had them all: pedestrians, bikers, school buses or simply people driving like jerks all around... ack!

Most people I know failed at least once, I dunno what's up with the the car insurance here but they really want to put the pressure on young drivers, so they make the tests as severe as possible and you pay twice the insurance under 25.. sux! We end up paying for the old coots driving at 30 in a 50 zone

Did it on my 1st try, but my instructors words right before he passed me was "Today is your lucky day"

i passed the 2nd time.
all i can say is that running a stop sign and going 40 in a 25mph zone will not get you to pass.

I'm a first timer!!

i got mine the second time around

only needed 1 try. did it in the snow too.

i failed my first attempt a few weeks ago because i didnt slow down to 40k's for the school zone

I passed the driver's test first time and got a perfect!
but i failed the permit test

If that would happen here you'd definately fail your test Anyway, 1st time, with some luck though, had never driven so badly...

It was a very peculiar situation. I had driven smoothly during all the course and the bloody traffic light was inside (!?) the parking lot where I was supposed to park (when I didn't expect that sort of stuff anymore). Then the instructor didn't really mind...

1st time I was simply underestimating the strictness of such tests. I passed a croassroad without stopping or at least getting slower, whie there were children playing next to it Also drove 45 in a 30km/h zone..thinking I already left it

2nd time was scandalous though: drove excellentely but he still didnt lemme pass cause once when turning right I didnt look "back" to see if there are bikers coming Almost killed the guy.

3rd time I had to drive downhill in the woods, really hard street to drive and on top of that there was a 50 km/h limit.On the second gear the car seemed to explode, on the 3rd I had to constntly step on the breaks in order to stay within the limit. Both options weren't ideal and he simply shook his head saying im not "experienced enuff" WTF?

i past the driving test with an 80 the first time.
the written tests on the other hand that is a different story. failed 3 times then past it expired then took it again failed 2 times then past it on my fourth then after i took the fourth written i went out and past the driving. and when i was out taking it there was a fire going on so that threw me a curveball right in the head.
