Vancouver Tiesto Role Call

Im from Melbourne Australia...and im in Vancouver for 2 to 3 months..so it will be great to hear from Tiesto fans in Vancouver and maybe u guys can show me around the Vancouver trance scene...it seems like most electronic music is based in the East???

I can't go to the show on the 7th because I'm dj'ing on a boat cruise But I'm going down to Seattle on the 23rd and I am also seeing him on the 24th in Portland =)

Vancouver is pretty hurting for trance,,, Tiesto @ The Comodore will be the best show while you are here,,, although you just missed PvD and Armin.

I have the only weekly trance night in our city- every friday @ Club Viva in Richmond,,, we play the same styles as Tiesto/Armin/PvD etc. I'm also doing 3 other boat cruises in the next couple of months,,, and my friend has a show with Sandra Collins coming up at the end of May.

hey danny, let me know if you want to set up some form of carpool situation for the seattle show. ill be going to both the vancouver and seattle one.. and if you arent too familiar with the area, i could help you find the place ^_^

anyways as i just said, ill be at both shows. still need to buy tix for both tho, haha... i am so lazy

he last two times he was here I had tickets but couldnt go. Third times a charm????

how about some aussie guys?? hehe

check back here couple of weeks before the show, there should be a thread about who and where. usually we meet by the ATM machine at the commodore which is on the right side as you get inside. but details later, this will be one of the best shows of the year, i'm too excited!!

Narc you always have tonnes of mixes! What program or sites do you use to download them? I find Soul Seek is slow and I never get what I want and Kazaa no good either...

I use newsgroups... it's local traffic and it doesn't bog your bandwidth, unlike P2P programs do.

15GB month using newsgroups = no ISP complaints
5GB day using P2P = ISP cancels your account

sure, I think the Vancouver ones come with free body bags if you purchase 10 or more

its not the question of getting the set, i have it
its the question of having as little bandwidth usage show up on shaw bw meters as possible. or does newsgroups traffic count as well?

I bought the tix last week. yay!!! I hope that I will see you guys this time because I missed the TA meet-up last time when PvD came.

the best thing to do is to buy your ticket as soon as possible, tickets are just over $30 with taxes and all. they will most likely sell out by june 7 so if you buy your ticket then, you'd be paying at least $50-$60. tickets can be bought online so it doesnt matter where you are located.

this isnt a rave so nothing extra is required, just lost and lost of energy

I've a feeling that djkeenetik isn't worried about extra tickets. He wants to get hold of some little things to help "enjoy" the music/evening.

I could make a bunch of comments about it all, but I'll restrain myself and not say anything - your life.

Hey elena.... can't seem to find tiesto's concert set anywhere... any idea on how i should get it..??
