the head bob
i was sitting in my friends car the other day and we were listening to pvd - mayday 2003. we were just driving along bobbing our heads to the music and i noticed that we seemed to be out of sync (as opposed to n'sync
). anyway, my question is when you bob your head (if you do at all) do you go forward on the beat or back on the beat?
my head is forward on the beat, but that is just me.
hahahaha!!
havent really thought about this hehe, my head is back on the beat!
greetz, Kamaya.
i go forward,... i guess its from me mockin headbangers back in the day...
Forward usually.
But depending on how much im enjoying the tune, I might add little "fills" at the end of bars, like sideways or backwards.
Im always noddin along to music.

forward for me
mostly forward with some funky spins

! The chin dip should hit it's lowest point right as the beat hits. Maybe it's something like a right hand left hand kinda thing.
my fiance always bounces to the music when i mix, she sits on the couch and rocks back and forth to the beat.
the messed up thing is that she goes back on the up beats, not the down beats. it seems backwards to me, when i look at her bouncing at first my brain can't comprehend that the rythm is the same, as i would naturally bounce back on the down beats..
i guess we are in different phase or something, like a double helix.
foward... sometimes side to side
I tend to do both the head bob up and down and also side to side of I'm feeling it. I don't get how ppl bob when the bass hits with their head up. That is just weirdness.
I go back on the beats, I too sometimes throw in some of the side to side, going left on the beat.
forward...and the foot taps da floor lol
always forward.
some times some strange forward stuff, like I'm on the dancefloor or sth. Tapping my feet,hm,I have to be into the music to do that. Moving hands to the beat is essential
definitely forward, how can it be backward?
This girl i used to go with use to bob her head, but she wasn't listing to music
can u imagine what she was doing?

backwards is just backward
I think i heard somewhere that the hip hop crowd tends to bob their head back on the beat. I don't know if this is a stupid stereotype or what.
