Mirwais - Disco Science samples The Breeders?

I can't imagine how I missed this fact for so long but can someone confirm that Disco Science by Mirwais does indeed sample Breeders - Cannonball? (and in a way the whole main tune in the Mirwais song mimics the sample?) Thanks... Sorry if I should have posted this in a different forum, I wasn't sure which would be most correct...
