Matrix RELOADED!
"Hello Mr. Anderson"
Finally the day has come...
and I have tickets...
Anyone seen it yet..
Review to follow tomorrow morning..
And guys, don't ruin it for everyone else by telling us what happens.

saw it last night/this morning at midnight....my god the story line is so trippy fark....the movie had great fighting scenes, but the car chase was just mad....ehhhhh good movie
cant wait to see it going on Sunday night, nobody spoil it please !
Saw it last night and had to say i was a bit dissapointed!!! Special effects and fight scenes are amongst the best ive ever seen (even though they ripped off fight scenes from dozens of other movies - crouching tiger, hidden dragon, the legend of drunken master, etc.), but i didnt really like the ending.....
But i wont say anymore........ dont want to ruin it for anyone!!
Lethals Overall Rating - 7.5/10
Lethal's Quick Caption Review - The Matrix Reloaded is a blonde - its beautiful, its sexy, its got all the moves you want to see but its not overly fulfilling!!!

I love it.
The flick. the flicks. the whole damn concept.
animatrix was fantastic also.
fark, i gotta see it again.
Well, after just returning (among other things), the movie was great, but could be a tad better - but, like the original matrix, it could take a few viewings to get used to the whole storey line etc... special effects were nothing short of awesome
I'm prob out alone here, but i thought the film sucked... it was so cheesy! Special effects were ok (i think the trailers ruined it), but prob one of the best bits of the film was the trancey music during the tribal dance scene (now why on earth did they even bother putting in that scene???) :-)
Well, either they've gone completely mad on the plot (which was not too original either) or did they decide to do a satire??? What have they done to the Matrix???
Frankly disappointed: 1.5/5

My main beef with the film is that even if itsa a sequel it should still be a stand alone film!! In any series of movies, books, tv, whatever... each "episode" should be a story in itself, sure theres an overlaying story but something should happen in EACH story.... example: Lord Of The Rings - each story is fairly stand alone its not neccesary to see the first one to enjoy the second one, and you dont have to see the third one to finish the second one..... its just not how you do a series...... especially when you having a 6 month gap between releasing the flicks!!!
Thats my main beef with the film!!! Oh that and all that predeterminism crap, its such a fuckin cop out theory its not funny!!!
I await flamage!!!

, and C) because of the wait in between movies.

MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS
I saw it yesterday & it wasn't that good, but I blame the weather. It was practically piss pouring all day & I just felt like sleeping & I felt like sleeping & didn't really get the movie.
Howerver, the fight scenes & car/motorbike chase scenes were awesome, but them Virus Twins did fuck all!
It was annoying when they were answering questions with questions.
This is one movie I'll have to watch again.

a bit dissapointed, not as unreal as the first but still very good. great effects. looking forward to the third one.
Also wait till after the credits at the end. There's the trailer for the third film. although you have to sit through about 10 minutes of credits and a awful banging hard rock tune.
M : i did get all the storyline twists and plots changes, and all the things leading toward the third one but too me it just wasnt a satisfying conlusion to the film. In MY opinion films like this need some sort of confilct resolution. Perfect example for me is the Lord of the rings movies (i probably should have mentioned i was talking about the film version of LOTR not the book - cause yes i know the book is 1 volume with 3 chapters, etc....) each film has its own unique story, with character development, a strong hint to the future sequel(s), and a big satisfying battle between good and evil at the end, where evil suffers a setback, and we all are left feeling happy and satisfied that the world is as it should be...... (examples destroying the first death star in star wars IV, escaping from the city in the sky in episode V, and destroying the second death star, and the emperor in episode VI...... see where im leading here?? )
Perhaps i am a bit of a sucker for the big finale battle that hollywood loves to give us, but im sorry the end of the matrix just did not leave me fullfilled. Thats my only beef with the film, it needs some cataclysmic event to end, even if it showed us the counterattack or gave us something........
Anywayz im glad you boys enjoyed it..... if everyone thought the same, itd be a very boring world..... bring on the arguing!!!!

1. wicked but pointless rave scene (as with many other scenes in the movie)
2. story was cheesy. admit it ppl, you could predict almost everything (except the warped concept of the matrix but otherwise its pretty stock-standard)
3. special effects were very good but this is to be expected nowadays
4. lethal: reloaded does not have a big resolution because it is not the end yet. my guess is that it will end with your typical goody/bady fight scene you seem to like so much. happy endings make you feel good but leave you very unsatisfied imo
5. i can't wait for my unrestricted motorbike license
/me grabs himself a glitter pen

Ok, i'm gonna complain before I praise...
What was the reason behind the big dancing scene?? To make the sex scene not as bold? For a movie like the matrix, both are unnecessary and pretty much useless.
So was all that talk by the 'architect', I mean wtf? did anyone get all of it?
Fight scenes were awesome. there was a bit too much CGI Neo though, looked almost like I was watching a good quality computer generated cartoon anime like Final Fantasy for a bit.
End was... well it wasn't really an ending, I await the 3rd movie.. Spewing that I missed out on the trailer for the 3rd movie. (dammit people how was I meant to know?
)
The 'Superman thing' was awesome, loved it, so was the freeway chase.
Love scenes a bit cheesey.
(This could go on, but I think it warrants another viewing before I can really understand everything)
Besides all this, (despite a little bit of boredom) it was a very entertaining movie. Well worth the money to go watch it on the big screen.

Was Reloaded just as much based around Christianity and Religion as much as the first one?
