Luke have some expresso. I drink about 4 cups of it every morning as work as I only get about 4 hours sleep a night it really doe's the trick aswell, as I used to fall asleep in meeting at work, or when my manager spoke to me sort of nod off, and I always rely on my work mates to wake me by coming over to me every hour for a cig break. sly I know but its good to have people acting as alarm clocks then hearing my supervisor shout my name at 10000000 decibels.
