Detroit techno tune spun by Monika Kruse

unfortunately i do not have a sample, but this tune has very unique vocals, hope somebody can id it. it is said by a male voice and goes somelike this:

"smalltown usa, average people, ordinary people, walk through the streets and knock on every door, and who do you meet?!? Your neigbours! That's what it's aaall about!...........people like mr Peterbill.....his obsession:garbage! His profession: sanatory ingeneering!His allegation:FUCKING!!!
