Official review pf Satoshie Tomie @ Space
Well, Satoshie played a good set, unfortunately I was not in the mood for it, and I left around 3:30 AM, I missed Brad Copeland, Chris Macphee and the trance provided by Vh1 and San Meehat, with Doc savage aswell. Notable mentions, Tom Green was there along with Nick, and Mr. Mo again. Anyways, I think 3 nights in a row is a little too much partying.

Just when you thought no one was stupid enough to bother going to this event...
Just when you thought... no one cared
A dumbass is born...
and notifies people who couldn't care less...
That was Gutless Greg, purely gutless
sounds like it could have been a good show.. would have loved to have seen brad and satoshi..

well whoever didn't go to this party missed maybe the best event ottawa has ever produced!! satoshie tomie played a good set, brad copeland played a good set, and san mehat vs VH3 was ridiculous!!
the venue was awesome, and the music in both rooms was very impressive!!
i agree ACA.. i wasnt too pumped for it as my friends forced me to go.. but satoshi blew my mind.. awesome prog house/trance(at times) set.
Venue was good.. suprisingly it wasnt packed at all... LOTS OF room to dance.
one funny thing though, when brad got on, i noticed that these 3 guys got infront of the dj booth and brad basically told them to get the fuck out of the way... he looked kinda bitchy. oh well we all have our pet peeves
didnt stay for his whole set, and missed sam/vh3 set.. good night overall!!
ya i think he was telling them to move because they were blocking the camera.
you really missed out on the trance though, they played an awesome set.
its not a matter of being bitchy or of blocking the camera...hahaha
the booth there isnt designed for turntables...they usually have cd players only...as such its not designed rock solid to prevent skipping...if you were around for satoshi's set you most likely heard several skips caused by 1 of the 20 or so people who were in the booth/vip area stepping/jumping too hard....i dont know bout you, but im never a fan of the track skipping when im on the dancefloor, and im even less of a fan when its MY records which might get scratched...

glad you guys had fun..it was a fucking dope party...really looking forward to the Two Tribes rave in a few weeks..may 31 at camp fortune...mark scaife, serge and myself in the prog/trance room...first time playing a rave in ottawa for like 3 years for both serge and i...
ahh ok... blocking the camera makes sense
ye i wanted to stay for the trance but my body didnt ... thats what happens when you drink for 3 straight nights, and get less than 4 hours of sleep
