Motrbikes And Scooter Advice
Im gonna get a scooter for getting round it, cheaper than a car, although i wanted a motorbike, but it was �4000 plus an extra �1500 for insurance and sh�t.... bollox.
So the Aprilia SR125 with free insurance, free helmet and gloves and a leather jacket thing worth �100 for an extra �40
thats �2099 altogether, putting down �500 deposit and pay �90 a month.
Ive also given in a form to a recruitment agency so i should be offered a place tomorrow to work, so i can pay for my scooter and the holiday.
i already have �4000 saved up from when i was a wee nipper.
Nothing you can say can stop me buying the bike, or should i go for the cheaper Sprilia 50cc one and then take out the cooler or whatever to make it go faster?
I rid my friends SR125 earlier today at lunchtime and it was class, 50mph and i was sh�tting myself, it was hard to stop!!!
I need some advice, like where can i find a website with cheap leather jackets, in biketrader i saw an advertisement on page 80 (Eu'd) and saw a good jacket at �60 (half price)
Might get that.
Are gloves neccessary?
This time next week, i will be VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
I'll hardly be online cos i will be able to get to all my friends houses etc, plus it'll be handy for belfast next year.
And dont try to talk me out of it, cos im getting one and thats that.

All I can say about scooters and motorbikes is ...to be careful...(yeah..sounds like your parents..)
I just took a high-speed spill yesterday....and because I was wearing the proper gear for riding, I was able to walk away from it. Unfortuantely, the bike fared far worse. I'm not sure if she's going to make it. 
Oh well....
But anways....motorcycles are incredibely fun.....I will still ride....
If you're looking for good deals on gear, try some websites in the United States. Gear for motorcycles seems to cost a lot over there in the UK, but you guys seem to get all of the trick stuff (Carbon Fibre helmets, large variety of leathers and stuff like that)....

As for modding a smaller cycle to make it go faster, you have to realise that there will be tradeoffs to this. If you can afford it, buy the most powerful cycle that you'd want....that way you still have the factory reliability and the power you desire.

Hehe, those "tellers" (counters ?? ) are often wrong...
But 120 on your "teller" will be pretty fast 
Peepz.. when ya "adjust" yr scooter.. make sure ya getter much better brakes 2.. cause the brakes you get with yr scooter are made for 50km ... and not 120
Oh yeah.. dont try to be cool with yr helmet halfway on yr head.. youll look like a dork..
Dont break with only your backwheel just cause its cool (especially not when its snowing.. i know what im talking about lol)

your scooter, you need to drive away if two fubu swa's on a runner come after you (especially when you have a aerox), but it's smart to buy a begrenzer.
