how come there are no girl moderators?

i asked fox and he said there is only 1 girl moderator. i know there aren't a lot of girls on TA, but i've seen some pretty active, knowledgeable, and loyal users such as RubyRiva and Lunasea. How come there are no female mods??

i mean it's a good question that is not asked

but then again...when I joined ta in april 2001.....99% was male

i mean most females have moved on with the board (slylee and others)
