Mission Impossible: Blue Groove

i've been searching for this track for about a year now and i haven't been able to find it anywhere. oakenfold played it at the beginning of one of his sets about 1 or 2 years ago. i've tried every file-sharing program and looked everywhere for the track...but nothing. the track is:

Frank Le Fever - Blue Groove

i'm sure most of you have never even heard of the track...but it's worth a try...does anyone know where i can pick up this track?
