Fluke - Atom Bomb: what genre is this?

Anyone heard this song? I'm trying to figure out what genre it belongs to. Whatever it is, i want more of it, cuz this is damn good!

I'd say it's some form of breakbeat.
And yes, it's a fantastic tune

Check out Fluke's "Risotto" album, that's where the track is from.
