a track that might have a Twin Peaks element?

Hey, this a long shot because I have little to go on. I have heard this track out a lot recently, a friend of mine said the intro was the Laura Palmer theme from Twin Peaks. Never having watched the show, I dont know. It is a recent tune which is fairly uptempo. It has a female voice who I think says
"I dont want to be your lover. Be. Lover. Be Lover" something like that. It is very stop start with the music stopping for about a quarter note and the voice saying a word, then stopping for another quarter note and saying another word. I hope that makes sense?
