how do you get custom?

Posted by Paula on May-24-2003 03:04:

All I know is that it sounds great. Especially the part which starts about 1.30 into the original. I am addicted to the simple lines like those. Could listen for hours.

MNDEG! Go see the FAQ forum. Anyway it doesnt matter.

Yeah man, this is a PvD CLASSIC! His second best tune IMO, to Forbidden Fruit. It is indeed 4 years old, and was released on the "Seven Ways" album. Any more questions, Ask Starfox.

I believe that the track itself was released on vynil in 2000, but PVD started playing it in his sets at the end of 1999... Unless my memory is failing me...

Heh, it was NOT on Seven Ways but on Out There And Back.

It was officially released in November '99, both CD and 12". Check more info HERE.

You're right, my mistake. I just have the Another Way/Avenue vinyl and not the CD. I can never keep straight which tunes came from which CD. I thought it was an older Generation than Columbia and Vega and Out There and all those tunes, guess not.

Listen for hours.. tell me about it..

i once listened to Seven Ways, Out There An Back, his 99 mix he did ro Remix mag? and all his other stuff of his that i got... it was pure heaven for at least 6 hours...

Then i started watching the DVD... but man.. PvD is the man... no matter what anyone says... For an Angel, Forbidden Fruit all of them.. pure works of a genious...

its exciting to know that sumone who was only DJying for 8 years.. he started to spin in '91? and in 99 voted best DJ... such excitement!

Only 8 years? Lucky dog. Everyday you hear these stories of people who've been doing it all their life, but they just don't have what it takes. Oh well, guess that's what separates the amazing from the ordinary, and we all know PvD is amazing.

my favorite is Paul`s "unreleased" Mix. he played it a few times in 1999, and there is a sample of it on his Hotmix from Cafe Mambo, ibiza. Gid what a great rEmix! after that, I like the Club mix the besT!

Posted by dj raymond wade on May-24-2003 15:56:

The unreleased mix is as close to a perfect track as you are going to get. It can really begin to bring the fire into a set. Awesome indeed.

pvd is one step ahead in the electronic music world....For an Angel sounds like it was produced a year ago while it was actually produced around 8 years ago.
