Wanna proof a point and need some help ....
Here where I live there are not allot of people who listen to Trance so when ever I play some music in my car with my friends (mostly lady friends) they all immediately go off about how senseless the music is and how it's just the same beat the whole time. And it's all because some where in there lives they did hear very bad music (techno gone bad
) and now they are stuck with the idea that all electronic music are the same.
So since I only listen to the cream of Trance and delete any trash as soon as I hear it I would like to ask anyone who has some really bad Techno/Electronic music to give me the names of the songs. (Not bashing any Techno guys here)
I need about two songs that would just make you wanna kick the dog (The type of music they THINK Trance is) and then I am going to burn those two songs with two REAL Trance songs and show them the difference !!
Was thinking of using:
Corderoy - Sweetest Dreams (Greg Murray Vox Remix) and
Darren Tate vs Jono Grant - Let the light shine in
to show them why Trance is the only music I listen to .... and why I am such a happy guy.
So plz give me the names of total trash that I can play them first since I really have no idea what to look for. Luckily they are very open minded and I think I can make some very hot TA's out of them.
Scooter
Jan Wayne
Boozywoozy
Scooter and anything that's hard house, or the Cheeky Girls song.

Are you guys sure that youre not just saying scooter because he rips of actual trance tracks and turns it into cheese. I mean yes, to you it may be crap since you know the quality of the original but to someone who has never heard the original it may not sound that bad at first. (Or as bad as it sounds to you)
Plus anything more specific would be appreciated since I dont feel like downloading ten scooter songs and picking the worst one ....

play them alot of vocal stuff anything by Jan Johnston, lots of Deleriums work and Justine Suissa really hit the mark I think

Whenever I expose people to electronic music for the first time and play them hard house, they all say "Wow, this stuff really sucks". Sorry, I meant no offense, that's just what people I know say when they hear hard house.

I dont mind them, but the females definately have the edge !
Lately alot of male vocal tracks have been coming out which actually settle quite nicely, i dont know why you are so against them, Ill admit there are alot of uttershite songs with male vox but lately its been more quality. Females will always have that magical bone chilling voice though no doubt.
Go straight for something like "Alter Ego - Betty Ford". To be fair, it not bad, but for someone who doesn't like this type of music it's like jumping in at the deep end.
I used to annoy my parents with this one, so it'll probably work...
I somehow doubt that making them listen to what you think is bad music will make them like "good" music more.
