CJ Bolland - The prophet & Ferry Corsten vs. u2 - New years day

I was wondering how rare these tracks are? I have a chance to pick up both. The Prophet is a one sided white label with just the original mix on it. The New years day has 2 dub mixes as well as the Ferry Corsten. The tracks are both expensive and I need to know if there rare enough to be worth a high price. Any help is greatly apprecieted.

here's info about that ferry remix of u2! so unless it's the promo cdm, it's a fake bootleg. i'm pretty sure of that!

and

cj bolland - the prophet

can be found on every store on his album analogue theatre
i don't think that this track is rare at all! maybe the vinyl you're going to buy is, but the track is easy to find on cd and pretty easy on vinyl i'd think!

lol, that silly. Clearly just because something can be found on a cd album, it doesnt mean its not a rare vinyl.

sorry! i wasn't clear enough! i meant to say that the vinyl isn't probably that rare either, because it has been released many times (at least 6 different vinyls)! i heard there was a gold coloured vinyl that's super rare, but i don't think all the others are!

edit: but hey maybe it is just like "orkidea - unity" about 3500 of those were pressed at least and still it's super rare, because no one wants to sell their copy!

i don't know for a fact that is this rare or not, i'm just concluding from the info i have!
