whats the best free upload program for updating one's personal website?

if you don't mind me asking, what do you use as a host for your website? i'm assuming you use a free one, since you're asking for a free client. i'm working on my own site, but i have trouble finding a good free host

i use dreamweaver MX , it has a built in FTP so you dont need to upload anything, your actually connected all the time and everytime u save something it does it automatically, pm if u want the crack for MX

Try Lycos.. they have php and Mysql support..

will that work on xp? i have aversion of dreamweaver but it won't work on xp
