What is this???

Alright I need the artist and or title of this track, I heard it approximately two yrs ago in someones car off of a cd they were playing. Most likely it was a burned cd, so the track has female vocals, like that narrows it down ha? But the female sings a part of the song and says " I feel like I could die tonight" or something similar, she kind of whispers this then the music keeps going.Anyone know what this is??
