what track is this it has vocals "we want your soul"

with a girl with a modulated voice saying some wierd shit then a old speech or sumtin saying "go back to bed america, your government is in contorl again, watch this, here is american gladiators, watch this, shut the fuck up, here is 56 channels of it!"
