ah... so much for that. you guys are inundated with good festivals. i would have loved to have something like homelands here. never gonna happen though.

homelands was a bit shit for trance, and seeing as we have an abundance of festivals with better trance, none of us went. also its at the other end of the country which is a bit annoying and expensive unless you live in london.

mmm... good reason if you are a tranceaddict. i like other genres more so homelands had a very appealing lineup to me.

yeh, but when you global gathering has pretty good arena for all other genres anyway it easily outweighs in pros as it would cost less and there would be two arenas of trance to go with it

Mates that went said he rocked it.

Check it out for yourself though, it was recorded on radio1 for the essential mix. Go to htpp:\\www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/dance and click on the essential mix stream.

You'll also be able to download it off soulseek soon.

Was Jeff mills doing the essential mix?
If so, i turned it off after about 10 seconds of hearing it
Jules was pants, seb was playing tracks from 99/00 :S
This is 2003, and they spun crap. However jules played jurgen vries new tune which was about the only decent tune.

Oakey was alright, but o dear.
Ill look forward to global gathering.

Keith.
