I can't seem to shift this come down what so ever. My body is crammed full of zinc, vitamin C and plenty of other goodness but it aint for moving.

Well ive been on lemsip powders all day, my legs have been like jelly and ive wanted to crucify everyone on oxford st.

Ive never had a come down this bad. Ever. Its enough for me to pack it all but come friday im sure ill have a different view on things.

Plus ive been listening to some smoothing electro today. Kinda helps.

theyre jst really bitchy lol it neva used to b like that...a select few posted pics up...on thread was about me wiv that pic where my eyes r i bk of me head lol from r n b (which was a piss take pic) and she doesnt even know me but she posted it up then went on about how haha wot a mess i look and they can look down on me etc! lol! i wasnt even fukt....im not amazingly bothered..but then i saw theyd bin moaning about sum other ppl i know calling em rave gimps n stuf...they just need to get over themseleves! and lol its wednesday! *hugs all round* gonna put me pics ip from r n b in a sec ive got sum nice ones
