Oldish track, 97-98 mebbe

This track popped into my head that I used to hear when I first started clubbing in the end of 98, but I dont know what it is called.
I've recorded a clip of me whistling the tune that it samples, its from Jurassic Park, when they flying onto the island in the beginning.
