Wanna know wot u lot think is the best things (foodwise)...
1. To eat before a full nite of 'avin it...
2. The comedown cocktail (remedies to ease it) ...
oh, and papa dstrukt can't burp, so waddya recommend to equalise acids and alkali's?
neutralise acid - eat soap 
neutralise alkalai - drink vnegar 
anyway, bananas and turkey meat are great for after clubbing, or before, because it contains shitloads of htp, which is the pre cursor of 5htp, which as we all know boost ur seratonin levels and gets rid of them nasty comedowns or makes ur pills nicer.
orange juice is also good before because it contains loads of vitamin c which helps protects ur nurones from damage during caning of pills.
best thing after clubbing i find is abana milkshake as it is weel soothing on the throat and it actually fills u up unlike water based drinks
yogurts r gr8 too.
I know a few TA's swear by a pint of fosters to help a comedown 
THC and global sound system is the best remedy.
before the best thing to do is fill urself up on stuff
then after eat sum stuff, drink some beer and wash it all down with some ganja 
My main problem is i cant burp (* ghey aint it) so when im out my stomach goes fecking crazy and i end up barfing to release all the gas, when i barf nothing comes out, no liquid, no solid just gas. After that i feel fine but it takes till 4am for this to happen. Any ideas?

Even though I'm not really hungry after clubbing, bananas are actually quite refreshing... I have been known to have the odd sunday roast 
But that doesn't always go down too well! Ugh!

"Hello all, just thought I'd share my accumulated knowledge with regards to party favours, their after-effects and pre/post party techniques to enhance your experience.

Right, first off, lets tackel one of my two favourite pharmacological aids, LSD
Now I'm pretty sure the majority of you who do dabble dont really do this, and even I, an AVID fan, dont simply because it has become hard to get ahold of.
Just some rules to go by for first-timers should you ever decide to try:
1. RESPECT it, because it may just seem like a tiny piece of paper to you, but in reality, it can be one of the most powerful
experiences you'll ever have.
2. DO NOT try it if any of the following applies to you: You are depressed/stressed/have just lost a loved one/are
mentaly unstable to begin with.
3. DO NOT try it for the first time in a public place like a club (most people I know who do take, dont like doing so in clubs,
too much stimuli, possible chance of freak-outage)
4. DO do it for the first time with people you know and trust in a place you feel comfortable.
5. STRANGERS are a no-no, as the 'Fear' would grip you, making you a paranoid wreck.
6. DO NOT EVER DOUBLE DROP TRIPS!!!! It 'might' be fun, but is worse in the long run.
7. If you are experiencing a trip that is TOO INTENSE, calm yourself buy taking some 5-HTP (Available at Holland & Barret)
8. HAVE FUN
Myths regarding acid:
1. You'll lose touch with the real world... <--- Only is you have LOADS, which is applicable to almost all drugs.
2. Vitamin C or Liquorice will make me come down... <-- Urban myth. They can be given as a placebo to the easily
suggestive (If you believe that it'll make you come down, you may fool yourself into 'coming down')

Something most who take have tried, I wont get into too much detail with how it works, there are plenty of websites that
can fill you in on that, I just wanna give tips.
1. A HEALTHY DIET can be the most beneficial thing a taker can do. Loads of healthy food, exercise, and multi-vitamins
during the week can make week-ends that much less painful. I'll give a run-down on particularily good food later.
2. 5-HTP (5-hydroxy tryptophan - an amino acid extracted from the seeds of the Griffonia plant - which is available
without prescription and has been shown to be safer and more effective than prescription drugs in treating conditions
associated with low levels of serotonin.) is a clubbers best after-party friend. It kickstarts you serotonin production,
making you less depressed and moody afterwards, and making it a bit easier to get to sleep if you're having trouble.
Keep in mind though, prolonged use will result in your brain producing less to counter-balance the increased amount,
and this could lead to a 5-HTP dependancy for healthy serotonin levels, so do this only when needed.
3. SLEEP is a must. I admit to being a '48 hour' kinda guy, but this is bad in the long term. Your brain really starts with
the serotonin replacement when you are asleep, so staying awake can lead to more unhappiness later.
Your immune system also takes a bashing when you dont sleep, and coupling that with the immune weakening affects
of drugs, you could become VERY susectable to illness.
Now for k00king with kr00, my definitive guide to good eating
Foodstuffs proved to give serotonin production a boost:
Marmite (Spreadable yeast extract for you non UKers)
Complex carbohydrates (Wholeweat bread and pasta)
Brocolli
Cinnamon
Honey
Milk
Turkey (Increases tryptophan absorbsion in the body)
Banana
There are more, but these are the ones I know and use.
Recipes:
Now incoporating the following recipes pre and post party can help soften the blow and increase the fun.
Week before/Week after drink
To be drunk once in the morning and once before going to bed for a week before and after a heavy night.
Milk
Honey
Ground cinnamon
Almost fill a coffee mug with milk. Put in microwave for 2 minutes (adjust time according to mug size, temperature of milk
and wattage of microwave) on High. Add 2 heaped teaspoons of honey (adjust to taste) and stir, letting the honey dissolve.
Finally add some ground cinnamon and stir briskly.
Viola, a decent tasting serotonin boosting health drink, which doubles as a gentle sleep inducer.
Serotonin Shake
Milk/Ice Cream
Honey
Ground cinnamon
Banana
Blend all ingredients to taste to make a great shake.
Now with these drinks included, I would usually ensure that I have large pasta dishes on the night of the party, and on the
night just before.
My first meal directly post party is usually a nice big salad, whic is easy on the teeth, and helps to
replenish water supplies that were lost.
Its also a good idea to have some meals pre and post party that contain fish with omega-3 fatty acids (Sardines, anchovies
and pilchards being the best) which will help with worn joints that get damaged from a nights dancing.
Taking a glucosamine sulphate supplement will also aid joints.
So loads of bananas, marmite sandwiches and any other such foods can only help.
My motto is, 'If I'm going to be so bad to my body on the week-ends, the least I can do is be good to it during the week.'"

We tend to try and go for a 'Tray of Salad' sunday evening to sort things out a bit. A tray being the only thing u can toss that much salad on for four people. Tomatoes, mixed lettuces, cucumber, olives, chicken pieces, croutons, celery, peppers are all really good as most of that lot holds a lot of water to sort u out.
Can no one help me burp?

there is actually a seratonin powder shakle mix you can buy! the thing is it is designed for PMS so youll probs have to get a lass to buy it if ur a bloke. but its crammmed full of seratonin making goodies.
oh and drugwise i always found ketamine helped prevent a comedown, but i wud try to stay away fro mthat course of action

Agreed. Waking up on wednesday morning and coming into work is marginally less beneficial to my career than sitting at my desk for monday and tuesday staring at my monitors.

I fakkin love water when high, i got to the toilet n spend 5mins washing my hands
so imagine on a come down floating rather than swimming (an armband on each limb may help) submerged in water every nerve ending being touched by the water..... fakking lush and no effort
i dunno how you guys drink after crasher especially u chesterfield lot getting in a few cans of beer or whatever.
last thing id want is something to dehydrate me more! its almsot as bad as perhaps...
....eating a load of salt....
