What the fuck am I going to do with my life now that I have finished school? I suppose I should have thought about this a long time ago! Any ideas?

A life of crime pays well... can be a bit risky though

go 2 uni, from what i've heard it's a right laff

Posted by CyberTeraz on Jun-06-2003 23:11:

Im really not sure if I actualy have the work ethic needed to get through 3 years of uni! I have no idea what I want to do as a career. And the only thing thats been waved at me is the chance to live in America for as long as I can get a visa, but I aint sure I want to do that!

When i was a bit younger i never could decide what i wanted to do as a career. I used to sit at home doing fuck all been depressed looking foward to nothing. Then i started gatecrasher last march which lead me to different things, took me off feeling like a waster and made me happier. Gave me something to look forward to and made me feel a part of something special (even tho ive not been going for all that long espc some of u who have been going 3 or 4 years it still means something special to me). I have met some really nice fucking people, Mark aka weezhard, most the UKTA lot, i got friends with fraz through this place. Its brought one friend of mine closer than before. Anyway back to the point.
I found out im not a career person & that i dont need to be a succsess with money/job wise to be happy.

Theres more to life than having a fancy job title. But thats me and everyone is different. Im not saying u should be how i am. What i mean is one day something will come along that will inspire you and take u somwhere that u would never thought u would end up. Maybe it will be uni or u might wanna move away or maybe it will be some special person that will take u there. Either way dont worry about it just take time out, relax and what ever purpose u have here one day u will find out & what ever dream pops up in your head if your serious enough about it u will live it if you want it bad enough. Everyone has a purpose in life and give enough time u will find out what it is.

i have no idea, its jsut a theory.

but one would probably have to be called stephen or something, and have a massive knob.

Cool

taking a year out is not always the best option tho coz quite a few of ppl i kno thru parents etc wished they didn't do that coz they got a job and just went from there but now wished they went 2 uni.

personally, the way things are goin i can't be arsed 2 do anything so a year out will probably be the way forward for me or maybe just a life out hehe

Posted by gibbo on Jun-08-2003 00:52:

i wish i'd had a year out it does no harm all uni courses will start u from scratch and also my mate did it and went on the dole did nothing but party for a whole year the bastard 40 a week free to spend on drinking basically still living at home
