Need help choosing tunes
I am going to this sleep-over type party next weekend at some gymnastics place. Basically it's all night listening to music, gonna sorta be like a rave, but w/ trampolines and shit. Anyway, I am assigned to make a CD with certain-type of tunes that people will like. It must have the following qualities:
-Banging
-Shouldn't be dull (got a hip-hop type crowd and don't want to bore them)
-Recent if possible
So far I only have one tune:
Katana - Fancy Fair
Can someone help me? Thanks.
Please, this party is one week away
Tiesto - Flight 643
Solar Factor Urban Shakedown
Tiesto Faithfulness
when I think banging, I think:
Dumonde - God Music
S.H.O.K.K. - Folie A Deux (Klub Mix)
Ferry Corsten - Punk
if you need a little cheesier to please the hip hop folks, grab
VooDoo & Serano - Slide to the Vibe
sorry that I can't help you on the recent stuff. I'd call Michelle Nicol - Time or Mauro Picotto - Coldfunk banging, plus they sample the popular Coldplay tune.
Yahel - Voyage
Kamaya Painters - Far From Over
Apoptygma Berserk - Kathy's Song (Ferry Corsten Mix)
Misja Helsoot - First Second
Paul Oakenfold - Ready Steady Go
BT -Never Gonna Come Back Down
Atb - 9 PM
DJ Tiesto - Theme From Norefjell
Anything that has really clearly defined melody, or any trendy breaks sounding stuff.
try dj tomcraft - loneliness (klub mix)
dj darkzone - infinity in your hands. <<< this is the same track this is in the midnight club 2 commerical.
im sure there are others just cant think of any more
arome - hands up!
yves deuyter - back to earth (S.H.O.K.K.)
viframa - cristalle (katana's intro mix)
aerobics-type things?
PLANET FUNK- WHO SAID (part t one )
