It looks as if they are selling tunes under their new release section that they dont even have yet! Airbase can prove that! Hopefully someone at Chemical or Airbase can clear this whole thing up for us??
i think theres some guy from chemical records that posts on the forum once in a while. i think the name is 'Bristy' for something.
hopefully we'll find out whats going on.

Well in all my experiences with chemical i have been impressed. Ive bought a few vinyls from them, not many tho, theyve always come on time tho.
I did win one of the vinyl comps, and it arrived as promised.
Hopefully Brisky can clear this up, because if it's true, ive lost all respect for chemical.

U guys ever heard of pre-selling?? Which means that U can order the release before it is released and then it gets shipped to you on the day its released.
I dont see why all are whining here. Chemical aint ripping you off.
nah... quit the crap... chemic is one of the best stores out there, great service, great price, and great 12"s.... hope brisky can come and clear this subject out once and for all! i think il throw him a little fast mail.. so he gets noticed about this thread

chemical is one of the best online stores on the net, i order from this store usually 1-2 times a week for almost 2 years now and i have full satisfaction with them. so cut it off!!!!!!!!!
Well although I feking missed a free copy AGAIN, I ordered Live Another Life from Chem yesterday and I have an email here saying its been shipped! SO IT BETTER BLOODY HAD BE! 
every company has some unsatifsified customers, as well as stupid mistakes they did. maybe they bought the copies from someone else, unless it says chemical records on them, anyways, who cares
Hey, while we're on the topic of Chemical (who I really like and have no complaints against), are they in the process of redesigning their site?

They are a good shop - not dodgy in one bit !@#!
Maybe Chems has made a mistake, maybe not - i dont know.
But im sure Brisky will post here and clear it up.

it is obviously jsut a mis entry to their database, it happened woith me before when i tried to buy saccoman - metamorph off them, but they gladly refunded the money to my card so no probs.
HTFR are dodgy.

Brisky from chemical records here, in reply to the disturbing points raised in the above thread I would like to set the record straight.
Platipus and Chemical Records work very closely together, We help promote the up and coming releases of this label by running a small exclusive promotional run. This gives my customers the chance to be as up to date as the main DJ's on the circuit....
Rah - Glow is not released until the 7th of July but we have got a small quantity to help promote this record to a mass audience.
It upsets me to think that people are accusing me of cheating as my aim is to contribute as much as I can towards a successful industry.

Chem is a top shop really - sure they quite pricey (at least after you add tax and postage) - but they are a reliable store.
What i dont like is when you go to place an order you are told this -
"I accept that I may not return items I have ordered in error once they have been shipped."
However, im pretty sure this is illegal - under the UK distance selling laws.
