Books on Server Side Scripting(php asp etc)

Anyone have any recomendations on books covering asp and php targeted at people with a good understanding oh html/xml but no experience using server side scripting?

check out the Oreilly publishing company they make good stuff, I found their copy of Managing and Using MYSQL has a good introduction for php.
