well, I FINALLY got the ASOT Rip of this, and let me just say OMFG IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!
it follows your standard trance anthem format, but who cares, it is fucking beautiful! It reminds me of a cool summer breeze...
When the breakdown hits everything just feels so right, all feels calm and tranquil inside me...and then when those masssssssssive strings come in, I DIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
I give this tune a 10/10 and it definatley scores a 10 on the kippenvel-meter

you can hear Ferry on the snares and on the strings melody and you can hear Armin's influence on the counter-melody the most (sounds a bit like his remix of Janiero).
god, what a TUNE! so good, they definatley delivered on this one

Took me a few listens to get into this one but i love it now it just sounds so nice u can tell armin has had a lot of input into the engineering of the track in some ways with the kick and stuff but sounds great cranked up loud 9/10

so what if it isn't a full release yet...most people have heard it, and it isnt rumour or conjecture or hearsay or anything, its an official song, and the rip of it is actually pretty decent quality.

we are reviewing a song we like, and as far as I know, that's what this section is for.

there has been a discussion about discussing unreleased tracks and when people wouldn't be able to discuss the unreleased shit here they will do it in music duscussion and here in new releases discussion forum there wouldn't be much left to disucss when the tune is released.....

Though, yeah, I see what you (the others) are saying.
To be honest, I visit this section to see what full releases came out recently, and what ppl think about it. It's a pretty good resource I must say. But also, I get disappointed whenever I see a promising (as far as you can tell from the title) upcoming release, and there's only a 128kbit radio rip available. I dunno about you, but if it comes to mp3, it should be at least 192kbit and of course the way of ripping and the source is also important. In my book (and according to my experience) 128kbit radio streams sound very bad unfortunately, nowhere near the quality of a 192kbit mp3, not to mention the original cd/vinyl release. For this reason, giving opinion based on these rips might be invalid compared to the full release.

Here's an idea, it might help: what about writing to the thread title if it's a radio rip, or unreleased yet, and I (and the others who look for full cd/vinyl reviews in this section) wouldn't bother reading it? It could be done the way it is in the "For Sale / Wanted Postings" forum. It'd be great.

i can understand what the ppl mean by radio rips and stuff. I must say i am a bit new here, but i want to give you my humble opinion.

Why don't you guys arrange a section here where you can post your so called bad radio rip, and discuss it there, in that way you can have this section for the only full releases and the additional info + review.

Just a suggestion....

IMO music comes from speakers

i too think that this section should not be used to discuss radio rips/unreleased tracks. these "i heard this on ASOT" threads are pretty annoying. when you come here and see a topic on something, you automatically think, YES it's released! but in most cases it's just some ASOT thread again!

IMO those threads should be in the "music discussion" forum, not here. it's neccessary to discuss unreleased tracks, but not here!
