New progressive/trance tune! - Blake Sutherland - Departure

Hey everyone,
I've only posted up in here a couple times..but I thought I'd share this new track I finished. For anyone that heard my other stuff, you'll notice it's not really the same style, but I've been working on this one for awhile so I'd appreciate any feedback!
Thanks for the time,
-Blake

i'm no genius critic or anything, but it sounds quite good. the snares at around 3:20 sound too realistic??? i dunno, i'm not used to that sound in electronic, but it's not a problem really.

I like it, those deep groovy vibes are very nice.

Keep it up

awesome tune!
very dark and groovy, and those snares aren't too realistic heh, they're cool
only thing i can say is, it seems abit heavy on the low freqs, might sound better at 192, can i have?

keep it up

wow, wicked tune!

this is one of those tunes that you would hear on cd compilations, but not necessarily live... ever consider making a more "clubby" remix of the track? not as acidy as this one, but with a harder bassline and a bit more drive to it? anyways, pls send me a link where i could grab the full 192 rip of this one...

thanks

Thanks for the feedback guys!

Haak, I'm trying to master it better to get rid of that low end, but I'm not too great at the mastering process yet

Trancegeek, were you talking about departure or my other tune Mind Energy? Cuz mind energy has real acid sounds in it..this one doesn't too much..so I'm wondering.
Anyway..if it is this tune you're talking about..I agree, I think a club mix would be cool..but it's not in the works right now. Thanks for the idea though! I'll probably do one after my next track.

oh..and if you want a better version look me up on MSn or ICQ:

WOW!Amazing tune,man!

I'm really digging this one.A smooth dark vibe, combined with some hypnotic and blissed-out synth waves makes this tune balsam for both ears and soul. Also, great the way you break up the 4/4 pattern towards the end instead of just letting it fade out the usual way. It's those little things that can make a track stand out a whole lot more.

I hope this will get released, cos it's more than worthy of it.I've asked Haak to show the track to some connections of his (some very famous connections if I might add), so who knows what will happen?Keep up the good work!
