got em in the mail 2day. i gotta say, the tracklistins looked great, and the mixin did not dissappoint. flawless mixin, great atomsphere. i been lookin for a great trance mix, this was perfect. the flow of the mix is great, never was a let down all of sudden nor too much of a jump. sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

Well whats the real deal with this mailing? I mean who is happy to send via post? U like to pay for the taxes and all? Strange to me...unless u just pack em and send them and we pay the taxes or something when they are delivered to us? is that how it works? ....(im in Greece btw..)

I've only listened to CD #1 so far, so I'm only going on that one for now.
First of all, props to you for sending out the CDs and paying for the postage and everything. It's an effective way of getting your name out there because everyone loves to receive free mixes, and eliminating the need to burn them ourselves makes me that much happier.

The mixing was flawless, I didn't notice any problems. I'm not a big fan of vocal trance, so the first two tracks were kind of a turn off for me. I didn't like how the CD started off, but lots of people really did vocals, so that's just my personal preference. Hearing the two PvD tracks in a row caused mixed feelings. It worked well because PvD used that playful drum (dunno the name of it) in both tunes, but at the same time, I felt like I was listening to a Paul van Dyk set. Combined with the fact that 5,8,11 & 12 were all in Paul van Dyk @ XXL Clubnight 3.1.03 (which I listened to yesterday), I felt like I was listening to a PvD set with a touch of Ronski Speed tossed in for good measure. I suppose that would usually be a compliment, because it means you picked a bunch of solid tunes (and almost all of them recent relases) and mixed them superbly. However, it just wasn't doing it for me. I guess I feel like there's a lack of creativity in the track selection. It's great to sound like PvD, but you can't rise to his level doing the same thing. You have to find your own style. And if big uplifting trance from the sounds of PvD and Ronski Speed is your style, then definitely keep playing it. Just wanted to let you know that I felt the CD sounded formulaic - it didn't get me excited.
I'll listen to CD #2 later tonight and give you feedback. I may enjoy that more, I don't recognize as many tunes on the tracklisting.
P.S. By no means take this as a negative review. I'm a DJ myself, and you're much better than me (in terms of mixing and being on top of all the latest tracks). I just wanted to give you my honest reaction. You're certainly a sweet DJ. Thanks for the CDs!
Thanks for all the feedbacks so far. I really like the honesty in the reviews, and I would really take them into consideration on future mixes. Please don't be afraid to be critical of the mixes cuz I feel thats the only way I can improve.

im in the middle of listening to the mixes at the moment, i must say the mixing is perfect, the track selection is very nice also. Thanks for sending me these mixes, they sure wont be leaving my hi-fi for a while.
If i spot anything after i posted this i will update it with new comments or something, thanks again for the mix.

DAMN MAN!!! AWESOME CD!! I totally loved it, great tracks I have been jamming to this in my car ever since the CD came in the mail!! Great Work.

just got the cds today and i must say, im impressed, the tracklisting was good and the mixing was flawless, true quality
btw, the second cd was some good shit...some bangin trax in there...looking forward to future releases...good luck and have fun
