Beckham out?
im a huge man utd fan wondering why did the board agree 2 sell our most valuable player??
i think it's distgusting the way Becks has been treated by United. he has been one of our most consistent players. i have a season ticket in the Stretford End, and every game i see Beckham giving it 110%, which u don't always see on the TV.
I hope he does'nt leave, but no-one could blame him if he did the way he has been treated.
if he does go,i hope it isn't to real madrid coz they reckon they can get any player in the world by clicking their fingers (just look at Zidane & Ronaldo-they said they weren't interested in them,yet where are these 2 playing??)

and if he does go, which he probably will i think he would have made a bad choice. real madrid have too many individual players and they dont play as a team as much a manu, manu are probably more likely to win the champions league next year than them.

to be honest this whole beckham thing is pissing me off, yes, dont get me wrong he is a quality player. but do we need to see and hear about it every single day??

hmm i dont pay attetion too all the bs speculation thats going around, im not gonna read it before it says he has agreed too terms with a club.

he will finish topscorer in the premiership next year if he keeps his form up. oh and lovely pass from gerrard too Owen
I was reading something Jaap stam wrote, he said something like "if you aren't in Sir Alex's plans, than you are as good as gone" he also adivised Beckham to leave or rot in the reserves.
I'm an Arsenal fan, but personally I dont see why Sir Alex and Man U would want not only one of their best players if not the best to leave if he is making them sooooooooooo much money ! doesn't make any sense what so ever.
At the end of the day a football club is a business, especially when u r run by a plc. Selling beckham now is in the best interests of the plc, they want to make �30M from him instead of nothing when his contract runs out in 2 years. The longer they leave it the more his price will drop, as the market deflates and he gets closer to being a free agent.
On the playing side they are stupid for letting him go, which is made even worse by letting him join one of their biggest european rivals. Madrid are being clever in offerring a bit of money and players they dont want as it won't allow Man U 2 go and buy whoever they want.
As for Beckham, i think goin abroad will make him a better player which will benefit England.
I agree with all your points Rubik, except the last one I'm a little unsure of. The pace of Serie A and La Liga just doesn't match up to the Premier League, Beckham will have to adjust to the slower continental style and adjust his game accordingly. The attacking English game is well suited to people like Beckham who can slot in beautiful crosses to capable strikers, but in Europe a lot of sides play a more defensive game which might not suit him. Only time will tell I guess...

Yeah I think it might help his England career, but his club career might not be so prolific.
I agree with you though English clubs often struggle in Europe because these continental sides just stop the game dead. Probing runs and ruthless attacking often doesn't work against these defensive sides 
We need to be more tactical and open up their defence. Against Slovakia as soon as Vassell came on he was more creative than Rooney and opened up their defence, and once we had unlocked their defence we took them apart.

^^^ i was just about to say that. Just because a team is stacked with superstars doesn't mean that they can work cohesively. I think that this is the type of situation that you'd get the most problems with. Real has sooo many superstars now that they'll all have their own agendas. It's going to be an interesting season.........
