sorry to mention this waaaaay old set... well 8-26-00 to be exact.
but my goodness. almost every track in this mix is a classic, even cheese like eichelruck and ubik, and he played tdr - squelch so much longer before all the other big djs began hammering it...
WOW.
so in comparing magik 7 to this.... i must say i like this more. this is a classic mix
what's the club eau set that's supposed to be legendary?
Tiesto @ Zoom was what turned me on to Tiesto last fall. You can't imagine how powerful it was when the tracks were current. I rank it higher than Magik 7, much higher. Of course, I rank Qontact higher than Magik 7 too....

i had this before when it was current also, but... didnt appreciate it at the time, being my first tiesto set. a pity it took me so long to realize its greatness

I saw Tiesto at Zoom in 99. IN-FUCKIN-CREDIBLE! Taucher & Goldie played too. It was a gay party, insane.

Well.. I live in israel.. havn't been to the zoom yet.. im only 14.. so hope to be there soon. there was a bombing there (next to the zoom) in a new club for russions... so i dont think ill be there anytime soon although it got kinda quiet here
so anyone knows where i can download that set?.. will help me a lot

i've always liked tiesto, i first heard his magik 2 cd, and i was blown away... and its really amazing, how all this time he has kept relatively the same style of music, thats what i really like about him...

I'm no expert on Tel Aviv here, but i'd guess that most clubs there are like everywhere else in the world, with gay and mixed nights, right? There are completely gay clubs too. Is there a possibility that Tiesto may have just played on a gay night?
What doesn't add up for the set at Zoom in 2000 is that I saw pics of it and it looked like it was in the desert, like a Creamfields-type event. Maybe 1999 was in the club and 2000 was in the desert...

listen - maybe the zoom (like every club) have a gay party once in a while but it's definitely not ONLY gays party - most of them are ordinary partys...
next to the zoom theres all the other clubs in tel-aviv and me and my friend ( not boyfriends ) goes there a lot and i never saw gay party at the zoom...
but maybe - like you said it was a gay club a lot time ago...
