How is that produced??? [sample inside]

Cheers,

Here is a sample (17 secs) from Reloop - Identification

Samplelink

My Question to the skilled producers:

The strings powering with the coming baseline, which hardware (& with string name) could that be.

Is it possible to emulate this string (i know its layered) with Reason? If yes, which Tool?.

I think(hope) its a very classical string (used for the theme in the whole song in staccato, right?) and some of u pros are able to analyze that...

Thanx 4 help!

That's not very classical sounding at all IMO. You could easily recreate that exactly using either Vaz or Absynth with a little reverb and de-tuning, with pretty much the presets they give for strings. The string note is harmonized to give it a richer sound.

If I wasn't at work I could make that exact string for you in about 2 minutes, hehe.

Thx! I will try it with your hints! (nice hints!)
...
But if you find 2 minz time @ home... ...is it possible that you create this synth?

It would be very very kind of you. It would help me to improve myself and "learn" synths...

Thank you.

Sure, if I get a chance tonight after work I'll do it for ya. Otherwise it'll have to wait until I get back from Montreal Monday, heheheh.
