Hello! im so mad at the u.s. gov that i salute them with the middle finger

today i was sitting at a friends house when the dea kicks in the door because we had cannabis in the house. It confuses me why our government wastes so much money to take down a couple of college kids smoking pot when they can't even catch a serial killer that is on the loose out here. I always thought this was a free country till now, who is the government to tell u what we can and can't put into our bodies. They say its illegal cause its harmful, what about tabacco and alcohol.Thousands of deaths every year can be linked to alcohol and yet its still leagal. How many deaths have been linked to cannabis,no a fuckin one.

so here it is, join me cause i know im not the only one that hates this piece of shit they call a government.
FUCK U BUSH AND ALL YOU BOYS

come up to Canada and Toronto, where smoking a j is all good with the cops now.

Posted by tranceDJ on Jun-13-2003 00:26:

That sux man...does your friend deal pot cuz I don't think the DEA would kick in the door just because they knew you were smoking inside (because they have to get a warrant and stuff) but then again we are talking the US here.

Posted by Misty Kitty on Jun-13-2003 00:33:

i join ya full on,

thay waste there time on catching u cos they can, stoners r a lot easier to catch than serial killers...more stoners, n they sit at at home. Makes the dea feel worth while.

thier persepctive is mainly though ignorance, so let em b that way. There has to b sum moderation i suppose...i prefer illegal to not, less moderation.

Come to Canada.

The cops don't give a shit anymore.

My friends were rollin right outside in Starbucks little carafe thingy, in plain sight. Cop came, bought a coffee, saw us, and left.

Good times

The DEA wasn't looking for a sniper because it's not there job. They perform a specific function, and snipers aren't part of that.

But I'm sure you knew that.

As far as marijuana deaths go, there are deaths linked to it. Many politicians would just as soon do away w/ alchohol and tobacco, but the industrys are to big, and it's just not popular.

I'm not going to debate whether or not pot should be legalized, but I think it's common sense that a goverment would go after people breaking their laws.

did he have to buy a new door?

omg i just laughed for like 10 minutes after reading that

That sucks man ... although the DEA usually doesn't go after small-time marijuana users ... you sure there wasn't more going on that you're possibly not aware of ? At any rate, I wouldn't say pot should be legalized, but I do think it should be decriminalized as Canada has done.

Edit: Oops kinda asked by somebody already ...
But to comment, I don't think the police would need a warrant if they had probably cause to search the place. Some neighbor perhaps saw soemthing shady and called it in? If they didn't have probable cause then count your blessings ... you just got a freebie!

I totally agree with you the Goverment in the UK is shite too, we have stupid politics , a crap National Health Service and everything is Taxed Really hight because we spend 18 billion quid on a war that we did not need, We wont join the Euro or be any part with any other country, and the radio is really shit 24/7 , except radio one once a week.

About the Joint thing, why the hell did they kick in the door, they could of knocked then given you a drug test, cannabis is quite chilled in someparts depending on which areas you live in, i dont police would care if they caught me with a spliff, im off to holland in december so i dont really give a fuck.

Spoken like a true liberal! But seriously, do you think something like this is Bush's fault? Would you have comlained with Clinton or Gore as president?

I agree that stuff like this sucks but in this country Illegal is Illegal no matter how you slice it. You may not like the laws, but since you live in a free country YOU can fight to CHANGE them! There are many places in the world where you would not have gotten off as easy as you did and you would have no hope of ever changing the law.

I am not saying its fair or right, all I am saying is that the true sign of a free society is that you are allowed to b*$ch and moan about sutff like this and then put your efforts into changing the laws for the future, just my 220 yen.

Only canadians would feel the need to use a picture to make themselves seem more important than they really are and hide their insecurities

No need to flame ... let's keep this civil.

Bleeehhh.. Bush gets my middle figner, anytime, anyday hehehe.

The reason why he said that directed to Bush and his boys, is because the Republicans are the ones that didnt make Marijuana legal for medicine purposes, and who fight against it the most.

If...

Anyway, IMO weed is the most over rated, over hyped drug known to man. Everyones weed this, weed that, "its all about the weed" "4:20 duuude" "you can smoke ALL DAY in amsterdam duuuude!!!". man.....

The government knows its harmless (and weak i might add). They don't give a shit how you smoke, why you smoke, where you smoke. Its all about money. Its not a matter of health. When people will realize this I do not know. It has nothing to do with what causes more deaths, what causes less deaths, whats more harmful, whats less harmful. The government doesn't give a flying rats at what kills you, because they understand the concept of free choice. Its up to you whether you smoke it or not. Its about money.

If it was about health, believe me, the sale of nicotine would have been stopped a long long time ago. The sale of liquor would have been stopped, a long time ago. IMO the only way weed will ever float up, is if it can be properly taxed. However, the government is obviously making enough while it is illegal.
