Me and my friend will be doing a live broadcast on Saturday (tomorrow) at 20.00-24.00 (GMT+1).

Yes, and the person who added it to Discogs doesn't actually own it. There is no way to be sure you have the mixes off a new vinyl correct unless you actually have it.

The only remix of Flakes is actually by Slusnik Luna.

Matti himself said that the FC remix does not exist, and i think he probably knows more than anyone else (apart from Ferry lol).

It was probably a fake, or possibly an MP3 mislabel.

As previous posts have suggested, this is someone playing MP3s - which explains why he would be playing it.
