Seriously.
I dont care HOW much of an Armin fan you are, you are NOT gonna AS MUCH AS YOU PAID fOR THE CD for shipping...

gotta inform armin about this injustice i tell you

What site did you find that on???

Posted by JM on Jun-15-2003 23:29:

yeah there is a way around this high shipping price....

download the mp3 of the album. $17 shipping charge is about $12 too much imho. i dont mind paying $17 for the cd itself, but when such unjust charge to ship has been added, i look for alternatives until the the supply & demand curves reach an equilibrium, and shipping is reasonable...

Where are you looking? Is there even a US release date? I gave it a listen on http://www.unitedrecordings.com/76/ and it sounds ok...but nothing I would spend $35 for...I'll spend that to see him in Vegas Labor Day weekend (hopefully)

Smile

why dont you just dl it ?
i know it isnt the same but til you decide to buy it you could dl it and burn it and you can be happy for the time being ! just a thought anyway

Good god... I hope to god there is a US release of this... Tiesto's In My Memory got a US release, why shouldn't Armin's artist album??? Grr... also will be pissed if Ferry's artist album doesn't come over here...

http://www.cdeurope.com

search for "armin" under "power search" using "contain" as opposde to "exactly". 76 album will show up, for 23.95 . shipping from cdeurope is usually 6-8 bucks. so, it would be a bit cheaper i guess. cd europe in general is really good for european only releases.. i discovered them many years ago while trying to find industrial cds only released in europe.

they also have vinyl and other things. stock changes on a regular basis.. they have a LOT of shit.

FreeRecordShop has it for 14.28 (Euros). Note the price will say 16.99, but there is a 2.71 VAT deduction as you proceed through checkout as it's tax free for non-EU countries.

Shipping is probably 3.00 (they aren't too good at letting you know, but it's always been 3.00 for me.)

In the end, it should be right around $20.00 US to get it no matter where you live in the US, and that includes the CD and shipping.

I use FreeRecordShop whenever I need something that's really only available in the Netherland (usually event DVDs ) and have never had one problem with them.
