Question about Traktor DJ studio

Do any of you people know if it is possible to listen to one trance through headphones, while the othr is playing through speakers. I just want to know how you do this

Preferably you'll need a soundcard with multiple outputs. One stereo output is used for the live track, and the other is used to cue the tracks (so you could connect headphones to it).

buy another soundcard, plug ur speakers into one, and ur headphones into the other, then in traktor open up the settings menu where u can choose you setup, choose the option that shows two soundcards

Ummm, you don't need an additional sound card if you have the SB Live card -- all you have to do is to go to the speaker settings and switch from the 2 speakers option to 4 which will enable additional phonejack on your card (its black on mine). Now, instead of 2 channel output you 4: use one pair (i.e the green jack) for you phones and the other pair (the black one) for your speakers. Just don't forget to let your Traktor now that you have 4 channels and that you want to use them for monitoring and speakers (do this by going to the program's settings).

Anyway, you should know that unlike Traktor v1 the latest version of Traktor supports only one sound card.

But wouldn't this just split the 2 stereo outputs to 4 mono outputs?

This won't be any good then..

use kx driver instead of the official one.
it enables multi output
