UK Uni's
which uni do you go to?
or which one do u want to go to?(when you finish exams)
im hoping to go to Newcastle-upon-Tyne uni
dave

off to Leicester to do Geogro.
Got all my tank tops & sandals bought already for the course.
Even though ive never visited the city in my life, just thought it was quite central & a handy base for Brum, Notts, Sheff, & London. (+ its near Passion which can only be good)
Ive heard good things about it from mates whove been.
What do UKTA's reckon?
Sheffield Hallam University. Doing teaching!
Not really looked around the city itself, but it was that or notts, and they rejected me, bastards! lol
The university of birmingham. english literature. about to start final year.
im at northumbria @ nucastle. and its a wikked student city mate. In the week it is basically just full of just students. theres promise which has its highlights. only downside is being so far north from like sheff n brum but that aint too bad.
Hull doin Music. Its fine unless you don't want your car to go broke into! its a pretty dodgy area!
loads of mint night clubs tho!
i went to UWE Bristol doin Time-Based Media (seems like an age ago) as far as i can tell a totally useless degree, but i had a grt time doing it

Went to Royal Holloway (and no, before you ask, it's nothing to do with the jail...
) for a computer science degree. Amazing campus, bit far from a decent nightlife though - you have to hit London (30 mins by train) and catch the 1st / 2nd / some other train home...
Or just get wankered in the campus bars and DJ at the 1250 capacity union like I did
Liverpool John Moores, provided I haven't totally fucked up my exams.
Does anyone here know the club scene in Liverpool? Does it have anything good?

If your solely a trance man, its not got loads, except for when Cream come back occasionally.
However if u are a bit more open minded it has the awesome Bugged Out once a month, Chibuku bi monthly, Circus bi Monthly (Both are at Masque on a saturday they share it), then Aztec@Masque or the Lemon Lounge on a friday.
Mix of techno, tech house, house and progressive house there.

Finished at Huddersfield uni last year, good uni, crap nitelife. Just fulla rajjy people, no trance nites which was long. I had a stonking time tho, it was not far from leeds, sheffield or manc!
I'm going into my 3rd year at Queens University Belfast
I've just finished my first year of a chemistry degree at Bristol (not UWE). Bristol's got loads of clubs: there's plenty of cheese & R n B for drinking sessions with mates and there's Slinky, The Station & The Depot (amongst others) for trance, hard house & hard trance.
I can't wait to come back in September to kick off another year in Bristol.
