Red face Vague, but important: Track ID

I heard this song first back in '95. It came in during the dream trace era of Robert Miles and the song started off eerie...

3 Slow, melodic synth riffs used to start the track off... They repeat once for a total of 6 languish riffs.

Then suddenly like a grandfather clock on crack, the chimes come rolling in and building, building (Likeness to Miss Shiva's - Dreams) They tickle your spine in waves. 8 bell chimes repeat themselves quicky in this fashion and top off...

This subsides and you're left with a 1/4 beat with skipping goa-like movements moving quickly throughout the standard beat. This progresses for much of the track, then the synth and chimes (I mentioned above) come in to finish the track off beautifully

I'm sorry that I couldn't be more descriptive, but I hope that someone can help.

errr....

veracocha - carte blanche?
Armin - Communication

both these songs got 3 synths to start the build up and the main synth keeps building and building. that's my closest guesses
