The 1998 "Muzik" DJ of the year, Paul has gone on to DJ all over the UK, currently holding a residency at Turnmills' Friday nighter The Gallery and plays regularly for Godskitchen, Gatecrasher, Sundissential, Cream and Golden to name but a few. His popularity has seen him DJ worldwide travelling to America, Canada, Japan, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Hong Kong, South Africa and all over Europe. Paul was voted "Best Overall DJ" in the 7 Magazine "Ibiza '99 Awards" for his residency at Godskitchen and is consistently featured in the top 20 of the DJ Magazine "Top 100 DJ Poll" each year.
Paul now runs his own record label, Duty Free Recordings. The label has released tracks by JS16, Robbie Rivera, Radical Playaz, DJ Lottie, Durango-95, Dave Aude, Pauls debut for the label "Be There" and latest production "Freebase". Paul has also featured on various compilations including Virgin's "The Gallery Modern Masters Vol#1", "Club Nation 1998" and "Cream Anthems", and Fantazia's "House Collection". In 1999 Paul signed an album deal with the Ministry of Sound, so far Paul has complied and mixed "Dance Nation 6", "The Ibiza Annual 2", "Millennium Annual" , "Dance Nation 7" and more recently "Headliners". Headliners is a new series from Ministry and is the first album that Paul has headed on his own. The album represents the sound of Paul at The Gallery. Next on the list is The Ibiza Annual and then The Annual. Not content with raising the roofs of clubland, running his own label, producing club hits and mix albums, Paul also presents his very own Saturday night radio show "The Mix Down Session" (7-9pm) on London's premiere dance station Kiss FM. Paul has also featured in the mix on various shows including Radio 1's Danny Ramplings' "Love Groove Dance Party" and the Essential Mix . And lastly on Monday, July 3rd 2000, Paul won the "Best DJ" award at the London Club & Bar Awards!

| Originally posted by Redeye yeah, Paul has fallen off the dj charts, how he won best dj in the world in 1998 is anyone's guess |

| Originally posted by Redeye no comparison. Oaky is a corporation now, he is no longer a DJ. He is a full fledged business and Tall Paul is a has-been dj who is nowhere near as large or as popular. Plus, Paul is an asshole so thats another strike against him |
i seen Tall Paul twice and wasnt impressed at all.
Tall Paul's set is now available at the Glow website. He played mostly progressive house in the beginning, some trance, and then tech-house toward the end. Among the trance tracks that I recognized were Delerium - After All (S&G rmx?) and PvD - Nothing But You. Tall Paul's set wasn't amazing as other DJs I've heard lately at Glow, but he wasn't bad either.

imo his set was weak so i left at like 2:30 he wasn't even doing anything technical, he started with a house beat mixed into some token trance song then back into that house beat then into another token trance song then repeat.
