(a)its already dead
(b)in like 5 years
(c)trance forever

Posted by Lakerfan36 on Jun-24-2003 01:28:

(c)

Posted by udham on Jun-24-2003 01:30:

(c)

Hands down plz.

Posted by DJDigDug on Jun-24-2003 01:30:

um i dunno this thread seems kind of lame
(C) of course is my pick because we have been trancing for years and likely to keep going for years more any musical expert will agree there is nothing on earth like trance.

it cant die as long as one person loves it

it can only get bigger and better from here on

the evolution of music over the next few years is going to be crazy because of electronic cababilities.

Posted by Aya Brea on Jun-24-2003 02:14:

never, i think it'll only get better

Posted by piggy on Jun-24-2003 02:15:

I don't think that it will ever die out, as long as there is something that defines Trance.. it will certainly continue to evolve.

wurd.
why is it that everyone always thinks that they're special?

i am positive that on this board and especially in our world no matter what you think about, 99% of the stuff you can come up with has already been invented by somebody else.

there's nothing to invent, nothing to explore. we're the forsaken children of the civilization sitting around, waiting to take over the world <-- fight club + something else

there were so many heated arguments about this topic... but the best argument would be WHAT IS THE POINT OF THIS TOPIC?
20 people say c, 3 people say a, 4 people say b, WHAT CHANGES?

my .02. i'm done.

Nicely put.
It will evolve. Just think back to how it was in the early 90's and how it has evolve up until now.

In this case I suggest we close the Music Discussion forum for good and let it be.

i don't think any genre of music lasts forever (but i hope trance will). I'm just wondering, where will music go after trance? it's like it started with classical, then rock, then hip hop, then electronica, and electronica is the most complex technologically and i can't see where else we can go. but then again music doesn't have to be technological but when u think about it practically everything is done in some fancy studio. anyone kinda understand wat i'm saying?

Posted by Nrg2Nfinit on Jun-24-2003 08:13:

as long as beings with the capacity to listen to it will exist
