Problems entering Chatroom

Hey guys .. I'm having difficulty getting into the chatroom. It appears to begin the loading process( a window pops up when I click the link as if it is opening it up) and then it just makes this f*d up sound and disappears. Can any1 help?! thanx~ Rach
