I heard all this crap about how the rave act is against drugs and crap ... does this mean Canada tooo ??? because I heard the Marijuana is Lagal in Canada now ??

there is no rave act in Canada, the closest thing was very legislation passed in Toronto a few years ago. And Marijuana is not legal, it is on the path to being decriminalized and there is legal president now that says because the government failed to change the Marijuana laws in the time the supreme court alloted them that the law is in effect void.
