DSL is Amazing!!!!!
im sure none of you care but im so excite i have it...if you dont have it you NEED to find away i just downloaded all the songs post this week on TA in about 10 mins!!! AMAZING!!
Yeah I can't wait to get it either! Unfortunate thing is, the stupid companies here impose a 3GB DL limit a month, which is 100MB a day. I average 4-6GB a month, so I'll have to stick to my unlimited 56k

ya DSL here in toronto is suppose 2 be da fastest, but somehow its not...cable modem is da fastest and im getting dat some 
...DSL download here...usually it depends from whom ur downloading as well..if ur downloading from 56k ur connection is 30kb/sec..i think...when downloading from a net site da highest my friend got was 360kb/sec...cable highest was 440 kb/sec..interesting eh 
but overall cable here is much faster

wow dood dats not cable ne more...most cable modem can transfer up 2 1000kb/sec..ur skool has a T1 bro...dats da best modem in da world right now...well theres T3 and its just beyond our limits ...most cable modems have 1000kb/sec da fastest..u know wat? i dont know coz maybe in da states they might produced a new 1

Dudes i have cable and it takes me 15-20 seconds (yes seconds not minutes) to download the tunes here , and 4-5 minutes to download a complete live set ! Canadian cable ROCKS
agreed. i love ma cable. heh..well..most of the time anyway. school is fast yes. 100 Mbps LAN.
hehe i know FASTDJMP3..i was dl Digweed's live set for like 3 minutes and da connection was 167kb/sec

hey, i was downloading live sets from TA from school (probabably a T1) and i was d/l at like 30k/sec from this site...not that's kinda slow....for a T1,....anyone know why that could've happened...

well Juricimo T1 is a huge modem..and its quite like a huge server as well..in my skool they probably have like lynx said a lan connection, and every time theres students on da net sitting which there is about 100 computers in da skool and 80% of them r being used da trasfer rite is not gonna be high, coz 80% of da net connection is being slowed down by others in da skool..i get dat all da time...bro i cant even download da TA.com page coz its so crowded..but still u got 30kb/sec, dan ya ur skool probably has T1
i want T1 for home use... hehehe.. its pretty cheep, yes? LOL
I dunno how fast im connected at but when im downloading this usually at 100 kbs so thats pretty fast...plus im still surfing around at light speed!! i love it...my schoool has t1 and my dsl is fast...??? i dunno!
well i know dat only small business and other business can have T1...but..if u want a T1 dood den its probably like $500/month and up

and 'B' for bytes.

I'm using ADSL, usually downloading at 200-250 kbps.
here in TA i usually get "only" 30-40 kbps, but it's becuase of the server...

i hope i dont have a download limit...i never really asked and was never told.
i dont think i have a DL limit... (looks in my napster file) did about 2 gigs this month (shrug) hehehehe
I have a cable connection. it is fast 2. Amazing
