you asked what we think, so im gonna tell you
the "splinter" text has some wierd ass blur on it, might be slightly contradictory when thinking in terms of word conotation (splinter; sharp, ouch, wtf im bleeding) but the text looks all soft and fuzzy(a la bunny rabbit) almost hard too read might i add.
the pink... ive seen too much abstract weirdness and its getting old. maybe make it more of a definite image. if youre gonna do abstract wierdness, or distortion make it have something about it that says hey im uber at photoshop not, hey im copying some gimmick on every sig out there. if you cant get the blurry stuff to look good, dont use it
the girl: wtf is up with her eyes, shes got one normal eye and one....not normal eye ewww is that devon aoki(sp?) but thats your choice(maybe find another pic of her)
sorry to be harsh, but it looks like youve got some talent, and thats a decent start but i think you could make it better(especially with the typography). try to make a smooth flow from left to right, as of now its a little harsh and seperated, that thing ont he right side with the opacity turned way down is severly detracting from the flow, the image goes(from left to right) abstract blurry>>more solid and definite>> more blurry foolishness. its jarring take that thing out of there and make the right side more solid.
i hate that girl...her face looks like someone squashed it...
