HEAT WAVE: Love it? Hate it?

well its about fucking time the summer is kicking in. but alot of people are hating it mad hard. so i was wondering what do you all think about this current heat wave???

imho i like it alot. much better than wash out rainy weekends. i'd rather be scorched than sit inside on the rain. my vote goes to love it.

I hate it....typical DC bullshit weather...it went straight from being 50 degrees and pouring constantly to being 90 degrees and frying us...completely skipping over any sort of nice 70-80 degree spring weather

I don't particularly mind the summer, but my favorite season is fall and winter. Cold is so much cleaner and crisp One thing that does piss me off though, is that the same people who bitch about how cold it is in the winter, are the same people who complain about how hot it is in the summer.

Ever been to Asia? Its even worse there in the summer time. You walk out and you need a shower already.

don't mind the heat much, i enjoy it while it is here. i much rather prefer a snowstorm to a heat wave anyday! i love the snow. summer is my least favourite season of the whole year.

Cold = great.

I dont mind hot weather, girls wear less and I can actually go tanning. But I love the cold weather more, I sleep better in it, you get to bundle up under covers and stuff. Its easier to avoid the cold than the heat.

ugh, i agree with beema- what happened to the nice like 75 degree weather? i have to wait for it to get like 80 degrees at night to cool off. but, as hot as it has been during the days, i would much rather take this over some freezing coldass weather..

LMAO that's me I like it nice and in the middle like middle- end of spring, but it seems the weather gods thought it would be funny, to give us shitty weather for about 5 weeks, than throw 98 degrees on us.

Cold weather is the best, plus its the easiest to try to "avoid." Thicker/more clothes and covers, and your in the clear, and doesnt cost you an arm and a leg on the electric bill. In the summer, if its 100 degrees outside, nothing can save you unless you have an AC, which will double your electric bill, fun fun.
