WTF IS THIS SHIT!

gross manipulated fucked up melons

De eerste lading vierkante meloenen werden gisteren in de Japanse havenstad Zentsuji klaargezet voor export. Japanse boeren kwamen op het idee meloenen te kweken die in een ruime koelkast passen. De Japanners zweren bij de efficiency-voordelen die de kubus-vrucht voor transport oplevert. De meloen, die groeit in een vierkant glazen kastje, kost ruim 200 gulden. Foto AP

they put the melons in squares for a long period , and the melon takes this form . I know that because when i was a kid i used to buy "Picsou Magasine" and they give u gifts in each issue . One of them was the "cubator" where u put an egg and it becomes squarred

Yeah, for one mellon. The worst part was that I actually saw someone buying it! She said it was for a decoration.

I read that they grow it in glass squares until they are ripe. People have alot of time. ha

True..but i still dont get why they need to be THAT expensive.. they probably grow as fast.. as the normal melons the only xtra is putting them in a jar? Ah you probably pay 4 their research and the exclusivity.. or something like that

Well... they fit very well in the fridge... and they are no different in taste and the inside from any round watermellons... so its good, plus like i said before, its fits PERFECTLY in the fridge!
