Walker's Sensations

YUM!

That is all.

Posted by goose_wh on Jun-30-2003 11:39:

agreed, chicken flavours quite good, bit of a skank for 45p though. They rank on a par with McCoys, but below Brannigans.

prefer Roast Beef Monster Munch though.

Posted by chojin on Jun-30-2003 12:53:

it's all about the Walker's MAX crisps...

Posted by DJ_FRAZ on Jun-30-2003 12:54:

had the new roast lamb and mint ones in a big fuckoff packet the other day down the pub...
Big jug of 4 pints of stella and a share pack of sensations for 6.95

im not usually a crisp fan but i was impressed

Posted by tu_face on Jun-30-2003 13:40:

the new lamb + mint ones are nice, but IMO they still dont beat the chicken or the salt + pepper

have u seen the tesco own-brand rip-offs? the bag looks exactly the same except the writing is in a slightly different font, and of course it says 'tesco' instead of 'walkers'

Posted by Chris 00 Ave It on Jun-30-2003 13:45:

All the flavours are awesome!

I think my faves are the Chilli ones, closely followed by lamb and mint!

Me and Rache munches our way through two big bags on Saturday night!

Sensations are well nice, but nothing beats brannigans

I agree with 00' Ave It.

Chilli ones are godlike

Cant decide between Thai Sweet Chili and Chicken, they're both top class. Even though Sensations are good I dont think they match Royster's T-Bone Steak or Brannigans.

Oh and kr00t0n - Brannigans dont seem to be as popular anymore, but they're beef and mustard flavour crisps in thick packets are possibly the bets crisps I've ever eaten.

Posted by joeh on Jul-07-2003 21:26:

gotta love oven roasted chicken and thyme.

Flavoured with: chicken powder

is it just me or is it impossible to tell if chicken powder has been roasted in the oven?

slow roasted lamb

how can you tell if its slow roasted or fast roasted from a crisp? - it probably doesnt even cotain lamb

anyway - they quite nice - is there a salt and pepper one? - it think so if so they are good like.

Kettlechips are still better though

I forgot them - they take the award for best ready salted flavour crisps ever

I think theyre a northern thing also. Brannigans are like McCoys but less multinational-backed, best flavour is Hoey Roasted Ham & Mustard, its hot but its so tasty. Theyre quite hard to get hold of even in the buzzing metropolis of Lincolnshire.

+ I tries those Walkers Max crisps, they are the golden nuts of crisps in their Beefy incarnation, I hope Walkers take on part timers when i go to leicester, cos im gonna be wanting Bin Bags full of these bad-ass sluts
